The Golden Dot Awards are presented annually for excellence in online campaigning by the Institute for Politics, Democracy & the Internet at its annual Politics Online Conference, which this year will take place March 4-5, 2008 at The Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel.

I don't understand the Electoral Congress. My vote, many times , won't even count. Needs to be changed to popular vote, not Party vote, which can be so biased...
